Lambda hypernucleus is a powerful tool to study the baryon interaction and structure of deep inside of nucleus. In particular, the possibility to modify and probe nuclear structure using Lambda particle is very addictive issue. In this talk, we will introduce a theoretical approach of Antisymmetrized Molecular Dynamics to the hypernucler structure study. We'll discuss the modification of the nuclear properties of neutron-rich Be isotopes and the observation of triaxial deformation of 24Mg.
