Instruction for abstract submission
All the participants who wish to present a talk or a poster are requested to submit a contribution paper. Oral presentations are selected from the submitted contributions.
The abstract should be sent to the FUSION03 secretariat by August 20.
The abstract should be typed in a one-page A4 form. We can accept the following ways of submission (in the preferred order),
- E-mail submission of a LaTeX file in which Postscript figures can be included by a standard LaTeX2e package (graphics or graphicx). Other standard packages are probably acceptable.
- E-mail submission of a PDF file.
- E-mail submission of a Postscript file.
- Camera-ready copy by postal mail.
If you prepare your manuscript in LaTeX, please use the following style file and example.

- Example: abs.tex
When you submit your manuscript by e-mail, please indicate your e-mail address that you wrote (or will write) in the registration form if it is different from that in the From field of your mail, in order to avoid our confusions.
We would like to make the submitted abstracts publicly readable on the web. If you do not agree on this policy, please let us know when you submit the abstract.
The submitted abstracts will be processed every two or three days and will appear in the list of abstracts in the FUSION03 home page. If you find any problem with your abstract, please contact the FUSION03 secretariat.
The submitted abstracts are selected for oral presentations. Each subscriber will be informed of the selection before September 10.
