All hotel reservations and subsequent changes must be made by the participants. See NSCL hotel website for hotel information. Please note that the listed hotel rates do not include tax.
To be sure that you will be charged FRIB rate, you need to make reservations over telephone. Alternatively, you may make reservations directly on the hotel website with a regular rate and send the confirmation number to Morfouac@nscl.msu.edu with lodging information (hotel name and check-in/check-out dates). Then the organizers will call the hotel to request the FRIB rate. For those supported by the ICNT, the FRIB hotel expenses will be directly billed to FRIB at the end of your stay. However you will still be charged for no-show. FRIB rate cannot be applied to on-line travel services such as hotels.com and ICNT cannot reimburse these transactions.
