Instruction for Abstract Submission

All the participants who wish to present a talk or a poster are requested to submit an abstract from the Abstract Submission Form below.

Deadline is June 15.

The abstract should be prepared as a PDF file in one-page A4 form like this example. The file size should not exceed 1 MB. LaTeX users may use the following style file and example.

We would like to make the submitted abstracts publicly readable in the symposium website.

The submitted abstracts are selected for oral and poster presentations.

Abstract Sbumission Form

The fields with "*" are required to be filled.

  • Full Name *
  • Title (Prof. / Dr. / ...)
  • Email *  The same email address should be used here and in the registration form.
  • Email (once more) *  for confirmation
  • Institution a short institution name to print in the program etc.
  • Title of Abstract *
  • PDF file of Abstract * The file size should be less than 1 MB.
  • * I agree that my abstract is published in the symposium website.
  • I prefer poster presentation.
